Hapondo is Qatar’s first homegrown real estate marketing platform. Born from the need to have a modern and transparent real estate platform in Qatar, hapondo provides a seamless user experience and aims to improve the quality of real estate marketing in the country.

We know the difficult and frustrating process that many people face when looking for a new property in Qatar. Hapondo offers a simplified content uploading process for real estate brokers to advertise their properties, and our platform’s algorithm was designed to favorably rank high-quality content. Meet the leadership team

We would like to introduce the talented and dedicated leadership and founding team behind Hapondo, a real estate portal that has gained recognition for its innovative approach.

Ahmad Al Khanji
Ahmad is an experienced entrepreneur and leader currently working in Business and Innovation Development, with a demonstrated experience of working in the Non-Profit organization management industry. Ahmad received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Dundee University, and a Master's degree focused on International Business and Policy from Georgetown University. Ahmad is skilled in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Investments, Business Development, and Public Speaking.
Haajerah Khan
Haajerah is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and a Master's degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University. She has extensive experience in international affairs and public policy, communications, project management, public relations, and partnership management. She has lived in Qatar for over 17 years and is involved in the management of several local business. Haajerah is also a passionate equestrian and currently trains and competes in the dressage discipline.
Abdulla Al Khenji
Abdulla has vast experience in startups and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, from Carnegie Mellon University. He began his journey working in the healthcare and technology sector and has co-founded and exited multiple startups to local and international investors. With more than 15 years’ experience as a serial entrepreneur, Abdulla enjoys solving community problems using design and technology and has served as a board member and advisor to multiple startups.
Faraj Abdulla
Faraj holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University of Bradford and EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. Faraj began his entrepreneurial journey by founding and investing in multiple startups. To date, he holds shares in 10+ local and international investments in private equity. Faraj currently holds a role as an RDI Program Manager in QRDIC while continuing to be a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor.
Tariq Nabina
Tariq has over 14 years of local and international business experience across several sectors and is a leading executive in the construction and interior design industry in Qatar. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Qatar University and a Master’s in Finance from Northumbria University. He has taken over the leadership of Nabina Holding, one of the leading and largest independent family owned businesses in Qatar that was established more than 70 years ago. Tariq has led the transformation and modernization of the company, ensuring its future success.

Our team is very keen to be part of Qatar’s digital transformation. hapondo will greatly contribute to the national goal of creating an integrated digital society that enhances people’s ability to participate in the building of a knowledge-based economy.
